     I can’t be the only person who has a hard time writing an “about me.”  I’ve stared at an empty screen for awhile thinking, “Hmmm, what do blog readers want to know?  What is interesting?  Anything?!  Anything?!” 

     So I have no idea what you are looking for in this section, but I can give you five fun facts about Jordyn.

1.    I traveled by myself to Ireland one summer just because.  I just wanted to.  I’ve always wanted to go there.  So…why wait?  I hopped on a plane and went.  It was a fantastic experience.

2.    I sponsor a girl to go to school in Honduras.  Her name is Angie and she is the most amazing, precious, godly young woman.  I love the times I have spent with Angie and her family.  Our Lord has AMAZING plans for her.  I can’t wait to see them unfold.

3.    Math is the BEST subject EVER.  If you disagree, you’ll need to find you another blog to read because this one has MATH all over it!

4.    My favorite movie of all time is Anne of Green Gables.  When I was little, I used to tell people that I was “Jordyn with a Y” because Anne would tell everyone she was “Anne with an E.”

5.    I love digging for wisdom in the Scriptures.  Love. It.  There’s nothing like some quiet moments with God to renew, refresh, and re-energize a tired teacher!
